Full refund including downpayment

For those who have yet to start the coaching, and have done a down-payment, they are entitled to a full refund of their down-payment.

Part refund

For those who have done their downpayment and started their coaching already, if:
Within 1 week – 75 % refund including the full downpayment will be reimbursed
Within 2 weeks – 50 % refund including half of the downpayment will be reimbursed
After 2 weeks – no refund

This applies to all our coaching.
